Silicone cable for extreme conditions
This 7-core silicone cable is designed to operate in demanding environments where standard cables fail. Construction and properties
The cable is made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), providing flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation and outer jacket are made of silicone, ensuring temperature resistance in the range of -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). The cores are twisted longitudinally, and the protective conductor (yellow-green) is present from 3 cores and above. Core marking is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – black or colored cores with white numbering. The cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire and minimizing the emission of toxic substances. Additionally, it has good resistance to UV radiation, oils, acids and other chemicals.
