Silicone cable for extreme conditions

This multi-core silicone cable is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, making it an ideal solution in demanding industrial applications. Designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C), it maintains its properties even in extreme conditions. This cable complies with UL Style 4476 and CSA AWM II A/B standards, guaranteeing its safety and reliability.

Construction and application

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides flexibility and durability. Made of tinned copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228), insulated with silicone, it offers excellent dielectric properties. The conductors are twisted longitudinally, and a protective conductor (yellow-green) is present from 3 conductors upwards. The whole is surrounded by a black silicone outer jacket.

Thanks to its properties, the cable finds application in many industries: power plants, steel industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, ceramics, glass and cement plants. It will work as a flexible connecting cable where resistance to high temperatures and flexibility are required. Additionally, it is halogen-free, making it safe in critical applications.
