Flexible cable H05SST-F – high temperature resistance and reliability
This 5-core H05SST-F cable is a proposal for installers and users who need a reliable conductor in difficult conditions. The cable is distinguished by its high temperature resistance, reaching up to 180°C, making it an ideal solution in industrial applications, inside lighting fixtures and everywhere where there is contact with hot surfaces. The polyester braid construction provides additional mechanical protection and flexibility.
Construction and properties
The cable has been designed for demanding applications. It consists of stranded copper conductors, insulated with cross-linked rubber (SiR) EI2. The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a durable coating of cross-linked rubber EM9 in black (RAL 9005). The polyester braid increases resistance to mechanical damage and ensures flexibility during installation. The rated voltage of the cable is 500V, and the conductor cross-section is 1 mm². The use of high-quality materials guarantees the maintenance of dielectric properties and insulation resistance even at elevated temperatures.
