### Construction and properties

The SiHF-C-Si 25G1 cable is based on a multi-strand copper conductor (class 5), providing flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees the preservation of properties over a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). Shielding in the form of a copper wire braid minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in control and data transmission systems. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire.

Its outer diameter is 21.8 mm and the insulation is made of silicone. It has a copper braid shield and is halogen-free.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0250 part 1 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-83 / DIN EN 50525-2-83 confirming its high quality and safety of use. Remember to ensure two-sided contact of the braid with the terminals (e.g. via cable glands) for optimal protection against EMC interference.
