This specialized cable, made of silicone, is designed to operate in demanding environments where standard solutions fail. Construction and properties
The SiHF-C-Si 4G10 mm² cable features an advanced construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of four multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 5), surrounded by silicone insulation. These strands are twisted in layers for better protection against mechanical damage. The whole is protected by a copper braid, which provides effective electromagnetic shielding (EMC), minimizing interference in transmitted signals. The outer jacket is made of high-quality silicone rubber in brick red color, which further increases resistance to external factors.
It is worth noting the halogen-free construction of the cable, which ensures safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The cable meets the standards IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1.
