Single-core FEP wire for special applications

This single-core wire with FEP fluoropolymer insulation combines flexibility and resistance to extreme conditions. It is ideal for installations requiring reliability and safety, both in industry and in domestic applications. Made of tinned copper, it provides good conductivity and long-lasting operation.

### Construction and properties

The HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y wire is characterized by a 1 x 0.25 mm² construction, which means a single core with a cross-section of 0.25 mm². The core is made of tinned copper, which increases its corrosion resistance and facilitates connection. FEP fluoropolymer insulation provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and aggressive chemicals –
