Single-core FEP wire for extreme applications

This high-quality single-core wire with FEP fluoropolymer insulation is designed to operate in demanding conditions where standard wires fail. Construction and properties

The HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y wire has a silver-plated copper core, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The FEP fluoropolymer insulation guarantees a wide range of operating temperatures – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C) – and resistance to chemicals, oils, gasoline, microorganisms, and ozone. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free, minimizing the risk of interference in painting processes. The wire is also characterized by low dielectric losses and high insulation resistance (minimum 2 GOhm/km).
