Single-core FEP wire – reliability in extreme conditions

This HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y single-core wire is a specialized solution designed for operation in demanding environments. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemicals, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users who need reliable conduction in difficult conditions. ### Construction and properties

The wire is made of silver-plated copper, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. FEP fluoropolymer insulation guarantees a wide range of operating temperatures – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). The flexible stranded core (class 5) facilitates installation and provides flexibility. The wire is characterized by high resistance to radiation, microorganisms, and is completely resistant to ozone and water. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting.
