This specialized HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is designed for applications requiring high thermal and chemical resistance. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a single copper core, stranded according to DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards. FEP-HELUFLON® insulation provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and aggressive chemicals such as alkalis, acids, oils and gasoline. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also resistant to microcultures and prevents the growth of fungi, making it an ideal solution for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is widely used in installations and construction of control panels operating in extreme thermal conditions - furnaces, brickworks, heating or kitchen appliances. It will also be useful in the chemical industry, where absolute resistance to aggressive environments is required. Thanks to its high flexibility and small outer diameter (1.7 mm), installation is simple and convenient. The nominal core cross-section is 0.75 mm², and the rated voltage U0/U is 600 V.
