High-temperature single-core wire – reliability in extreme conditions

This HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y single-core wire is a specialized solution designed for operation in demanding environments. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and flames, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications, switchgear cabinets, and heating devices. Made of tinned copper and insulated with FEP fluoropolymer, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation.

Construction and properties – the key to versatility

This wire stands out with its construction adapted to extreme conditions. The core made of tinned copper provides good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The FEP fluoropolymer insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and aggressive chemical substances, such as alkalis, acids, oils, and gasoline. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free, ensuring compatibility with various applications. The wire is also non-flammable and resistant to microorganisms, increasing safety.
