Highly durable cable for extreme conditions. This single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is a specialized solution designed for operation in demanding environments where standard cables fail. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and flames, making it an ideal choice for a variety of industrial and installation applications. Made of silver-plated copper, it provides reliable conductivity and long-lasting operation.

Construction and properties

This cable stands out with its advanced construction. The core made of silver-plated copper, twisted according to VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards, guarantees flexibility and connection reliability. The FEP-HELUFLON® fluoropolymer insulation provides excellent dielectric properties, chemical resistance and a wide temperature range – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

• Exceptional thermal resistance: The cable retains its properties at extreme temperatures, which is crucial in furnaces, heating devices or brickworks.
