High-temperature cable for demanding applications
This single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is a specialized solution designed to operate in extreme conditions. Made of silver-plated copper and insulated with FEP fluoropolymer, it ensures reliability and safety in harsh industrial environments and installations. This cable is used wherever standard solutions fail – from furnaces and brickworks to installations in the chemical industry.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a stranded silver-plated copper wire (class 5 – flexible multi-strand) provides flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation with FEP-HELUFLON® guarantees exceptional resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and aggressive chemicals such as alkalis, acids, oils and gasoline. Additionally, this material is flame retardant, resistant to microorganisms and completely waterproof. High insulation resistance minimizes dielectric losses.
