This single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is a specialized solution for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. Construction and properties

The cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction is based on copper cores, which can be silver-plated to increase corrosion resistance and higher conductivity at high temperatures. Insulation made of FEP fluoropolymer (fluoroethylene propylene) guarantees exceptional resistance to external factors, such as:

• Extreme temperatures: operating range from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C).
• Chemicals: resistance to alkalis, acids, oils, gasoline, and food products.
• Flames: self-extinguishing and flame-retardant material, meeting the standards DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1.
• Microorganisms: prevents the development of fungi and is resistant to microorganisms.
• Weather conditions: completely resistant to ozone and climate change.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by low water permeability and minimal moisture absorption, ensuring its reliability in humid environments. The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it safe for the environment and health.
