This single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is a specialized solution for applications requiring high thermal and chemical resistance. The cable is distinguished by its FEP fluoropolymer insulation, making it an ideal choice for installations in furnaces, brickworks, heating devices, and in the chemical industry. The silver-plated copper core ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a flexible construction with a multi-strand copper core (class 5). The FEP-HELUFLON® insulation provides not only high temperature resistance (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C), but also excellent dielectric properties and resistance to aggressive chemicals. Additionally, the material is self-extinguishing and non-flammable, increasing safety. The cable is completely resistant to ozone, water and microorganisms, guaranteeing long-lasting and reliable operation in harsh conditions.
