This specialized wire with FEP fluoropolymer insulation (HELUFLON®) is a solution for demanding applications where standard wires fail. The HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y wire stands out with a construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The core made of silver-plated copper guarantees excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The FEP fluoropolymer insulation provides not only high thermal resistance (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C), but also resistance to aggressive chemicals – alkalis, acids, oils, gasoline, and even food products. Additionally, this material is flame retardant and resistant to microorganisms and fungal growth. The wire retains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -100°C.
