High-temperature single-core wire – reliability in extreme conditions
This black, single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y wire with a cross-section of 6 mm² is the ideal solution where standard cabling fails. Made of tinned copper and insulated with FEP fluoropolymer, it provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. This wire is suitable for both demanding industrial installations and the construction of switchboard cabinets.
Strength and safety in every detail
The wire is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the multi-strand wire construction (class 5). The FEP insulation guarantees not only temperature resistance in the range of -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C), but also resistance to flames, alkalis, acids, food, oils and gasoline. Additionally, the wire is non-flammable and has a high dielectric strength (min. 20 kV), which translates to safe use. The rated voltage U0/U is 600V.
