This red, single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y wire with a cross-section of 6 mm² is designed for applications requiring resistance to extreme temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. Made of tinned copper with FEP fluoropolymer insulation, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in harsh conditions. Construction and properties
The wire features a flexible stranded construction (class 5), making it easy to install and route in tight spaces. FEP-HELUFLON® insulation provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and to chemicals, oils, acids, and bases. Additionally, this material is flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and resistant to microorganisms, increasing safety. The wire has a rated voltage of 600 V and an insulation resistance of at least 2 GOhm/km.
