The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable is a specialized single-core cable designed for operation in demanding environments where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to high and low temperatures, chemicals, and radiation. Ideal for industrial applications, in furnaces, switchgear cabinets, and anywhere reliability and safety are required.

Construction and properties

The silver-plated copper core guarantees good conductivity, and the PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation provides excellent dielectric properties and resistance to external factors. PTFE is an exceptionally chemically and thermally stable material, making this cable an ideal choice for aggressive environments. Additionally, the cable is characterized by high radiation resistance and minimal water absorption.
