The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable is a specialized solution for installations requiring reliability in harsh conditions. It is ideal for switchgear cabinets, furnaces, brickworks, kitchen and measuring devices, as well as in the chemical industry, where it is exposed to flames, acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. Its construction based on PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation provides exceptional resistance and durability.

Construction and properties for professionals

Silver-plated copper core combined with PTFE-HELUFLON® insulation guarantees high conductivity and temperature resistance – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). The cable is characterized by high insulation resistance (min. 1 GOhm x km) and low water permeability. Additionally, it is non-flammable, resistant to microorganisms and ozone, which translates into long-lasting and safe operation. Materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets DIN VDE 0881 and IEC 60673 standards and has a certificate of conformity with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
