This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E 600 V cable is a specialized solution for installations requiring the highest resistance to temperature, chemicals and fire. Ideal for both industrial applications and in the construction of switchboard cabinets. Construction and properties

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable has been designed with extreme working conditions in mind. Its construction is based on a silver-plated copper core, providing excellent conductivity, and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation – a material with exceptional dielectric and thermal properties. PTFE provides resistance to temperatures from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C), as well as to aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. In addition, this material is non-flammable and resistant to microorganisms and fungal growth. Minimal water permeability ensures that the cable retains its properties even in humid environments.
