Durable PTFE cable for extreme conditions

This single-core HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E 600V cable, in blue, is a specialized solution designed for applications requiring high thermal and chemical resistance. Made of silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, it ensures reliable operation even in the most demanding environments. The cable with a cross-section of 0.9 mm² and an outer diameter of 1.94 mm is ideal for both industrial installations and the construction of switchgear cabinets.

Application and construction

The HELUFLON cable is particularly recommended for installations operating in extreme temperatures – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). It finds application in furnaces, brickworks, kitchen appliances, measuring devices and in the chemical industry, where it is exposed to flames, acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. Its construction is based on silver-plated copper cores, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. HELUFLON® PTFE insulation guarantees exceptional electrical and thermal strength.

This cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Cables with tinned or nickel-plated cores are also available on request.
