This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable, made with silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, is a reliable solution for installations requiring resistance to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and harsh environmental conditions. This cable is used both in the construction of control panels and in specialized industrial equipment.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by exceptional durability and reliability thanks to the use of high-quality materials. PTFE insulation provides excellent electrical properties, radiation resistance, and minimal water absorption. The silver-plated copper core guarantees good conductivity and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting.

• Wide operating temperature range: from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C) – allows for use in extreme thermal conditions.
• High chemical resistance: ideal for environments exposed to acids, bases, solvents, oils, and gasoline.
• Non-flammable: meets IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 standards, ensuring safe use.

Available cable colors are indicated by symbols added to the catalog number: 1 = black, 2 = red, 3 = blue, 4 = brown, 5 = white, 6 = transparent, 7 = two-color, 8 = other colors. The core can be supplied bare or tinned/nickel-plated on request.
