This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E 600 V cable is a specialized solution for installations requiring resistance to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. Construction and properties

The HELUFLON cable is made of silver-plated copper core, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation guarantees exceptional temperature resistance – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). This material is also resistant to chemicals, oils, solvents, ozone and radiation. Therefore, the cable finds application in demanding industrial environments, such as furnaces, brickworks, kitchen appliances or chemical installations.

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E 600 V cable is intended for use in fixed installations and construction of switchboard cabinets operating in extreme conditions. It will work everywhere where standard cables do not meet the requirements regarding thermal or chemical resistance. Its core cross-section is 0.57 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 1.67 mm. Operating voltage is 600V (type E), and test voltage 3.4kV (type E). Minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE).

To order the cable in a color other than brown, please add the appropriate symbol to the catalog number: 1 = black, 2 = red, 3 = blue, 4 = brown, 5 = white, 6 = transparent, 7 = two-color, 8 = other colors. The core can be supplied bare or tinned/nickel-plated on request.
