Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a silver-plated copper core, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation – HELUFLON® – meets the stringent standards of DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878, guaranteeing exceptional electrical and thermal strength. PTFE is a material with extraordinary properties: it is non-flammable, resistant to chemicals, ozone, radiation, and microorganisms. Additionally, minimal water absorption and water permeability make it an ideal choice for humid environments.

This cable stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C) – allowing its use in extreme conditions. The operating voltage is 600V (type E) or 1000V (type EE), and the insulation resistance exceeds 1 GOhm x km, providing effective protection against short circuits and leakage currents.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning the possibility of adapting the cable color by adding the appropriate symbol to the catalog number: 1 = black, 2 = red, 3 = blue (as in this case), 4 = brown, 5 = white, 6 = transparent, 7 = two-color or 8 = other colors. The core can be supplied bare or tinned/nickel-plated on request.
