This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E cable with a cross-section of 0.57 mm² is a specialized solution for installations requiring high resistance to temperature, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. The cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded wire construction, which facilitates installation and ensures reliable connections. The rated voltage of 600 V makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

Application and construction

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable is primarily used in installations and construction of switchgear cabinets operating in extreme temperatures – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). It is ideal for furnaces, brickworks, kitchen appliances, measuring devices and in the chemical industry, where it is exposed to flames, acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline.

The cable construction is based on a silver-plated copper core, insulated with high-quality PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) compliant with DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878 standards. This combination ensures exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical and chemical damage.
