This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E cable with a cross-section of 0.38 mm² is a specialized solution for installations requiring high resistance to temperature, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. The cable is characterized by a flexible, multi-strand silver-plated copper core, ensuring reliability and long-lasting operation. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation guarantees safety and durability even in the most demanding applications.

Application and construction

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable is ideal for use in installations and construction of control cabinets operating in extreme temperatures – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). It will be useful in furnaces, brickworks, kitchen appliances, measuring devices and in the chemical industry, where it is exposed to flames, acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. The cable construction is based on a silver-plated copper core surrounded by PTFE-HELUFLON® insulation, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878.
