This single-core HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E cable with a voltage rating of 600V is a reliable solution for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and harsh environmental conditions. Made with a silver-plated copper core and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in demanding installations. The cable is particularly recommended for building switchgear cabinets, ovens, kitchen appliances, and in the chemical industry.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction – the copper core is silver-plated for better conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the PTFE insulation provides exceptional chemical and thermal resistance. PTFE, compliant with DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878 standards, guarantees safety and reliability in extreme conditions. Its approximate outer diameter is 1.47 mm, which facilitates installation in tight spaces. The operating temperature range is from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C), making it ideal for high-temperature applications. The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter, ensuring flexibility during installation. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive CE (2014/35/EU) and DIN VDE 0881 and IEC 60673 standards for PTFE fluoropolymer cables.
