This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable is a specialized solution for installations requiring the highest resistance to temperature, chemicals and mechanical factors. Made of silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, it ensures reliable operation even in the most demanding industrial environments. The cable is designed to operate at 1000 V, making it an ideal choice for switchgear cabinets, furnaces, kitchen appliances and many other applications.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable construction is based on silver-plated copper strands, which increases their conductivity and corrosion resistance. PTFE-HELUFLON® insulation meets the stringent standards of DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878, guaranteeing high quality and safety of use. PTFE provides exceptional temperature resistance – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C) – and resistance to aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. Additionally, the cable is characterized by high radiation resistance and non-flammability.

It is also a good choice for kitchen appliances, measuring devices and other applications requiring high resistance to external factors. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).

The core can be supplied bare or tinned/nickel-plated on request. The minimum bending radius of the cable is 10 x its diameter. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
