Durable PTFE cable for extreme conditions
This brown HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E cable with a cross-section of 0.35 mm² is a specialized solution for installations requiring high resistance to temperature, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. The cable is designed to operate in the range of -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C), making it an ideal choice for industrial applications, switchgear cabinets and devices operating in extreme temperatures.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction with a silver-plated copper core, ensuring good conductivity and corrosion resistance. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation guarantees exceptional chemical, thermal and electrical resistance. PTFE is a non-flammable material, resistant to ozone, microcultures and weather conditions, which increases the safety and durability of the installation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter, which facilitates laying in tight spaces. The rated voltage is 600V and the test voltage is 3.4kV.
