This specialized HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E wire, made with fluoropolymer PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, is designed for operation in demanding environments. Construction and properties

The wire is characterized by a construction with a silver-plated copper core, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The PTFE insulation, compliant with DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878 standards, guarantees exceptional thermal resistance – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). In addition, this material is non-flammable, resistant to microorganisms, ozone, atmospheric conditions and absorbs minimal water. This ensures that the wire retains its properties for a long time, even in difficult operating conditions.
