This red HELUKABEL HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable is a reliable solution for installations requiring resistance to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. This cable is widely used in the construction of switchgear cabinets, furnaces, brickworks, kitchen and measuring devices, as well as in the chemical industry. Its unique properties make it ideal for where standard cables fail.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction – a silver-plated copper core ensures excellent conductivity, and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation guarantees exceptional resistance to external factors. PTFE is a material with extraordinary dielectric and thermal properties, which translates into high reliability and long cable life. In addition, this material is non-flammable and resistant to the action of microorganisms and fungi.

Applications and parameters

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE 1000V cable is designed to operate at voltages up to 1000V (EE type). Its minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking), which guarantees its safety and compliance with European standards. Available in red color (symbol "2" in the catalog number), but other colors are also possible: black ("1"), blue ("3"), brown ("4"), white ("5"), transparent ("6"), two-color ("7") or others on request. The core can be supplied bare or tinned/nickel-plated on request.
