Construction and properties

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable has a silver-plated copper core, which affects its conductivity and corrosion resistance. The PTFE insulation, manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878 standards, guarantees excellent dielectric properties and resistance to external factors. This makes the cable ideal for use in the chemical industry, bakeries, kitchen appliances and anywhere where contact with corrosive substances, high temperatures or the need to maintain continuous operation in extreme conditions occurs.

The minimum bending radius is 10 x the outer diameter of the cable (1.32 mm), which facilitates routing the cables in tight spaces. Available cable colors (black, red, blue, brown, white, transparent) allow for easy identification of the wires in the installation – just add the appropriate symbol to the catalog number when ordering (e.g. 1 for black).
