Construction and properties

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable has a silver-plated copper core, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation guarantees exceptional temperature resistance – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). This material is also resistant to chemicals, oils, solvents and radiation. Additionally, the cable is characterized by high resistance to microorganisms and does not promote fungal growth. Complete resistance to ozone and atmospheric conditions is another advantage of this product.
