This single-core HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable is a specialized solution for applications requiring reliability in harsh conditions. Made with silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, it provides exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals, and radiation. This cable is ideal for both professional installers and end-users who need reliable wiring in demanding environments.
Construction and properties
The cable features a solid construction: a silver-plated copper core ensures good conductivity, and PTFE insulation guarantees high resistance to external factors. PTFE, compliant with DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878 standards, is a material with exceptional dielectric and thermal properties. This allows the cable to maintain its properties over a wide temperature range – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). Additionally, it is non-flammable, resistant to microorganisms and fungal growth, completely resistant to ozone and weathering. Water absorption is minimal, resulting in long-term stability of electrical parameters. Materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting.
