This specialized HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable, made of silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, is designed for operation in demanding environments. Its exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals, and radiation makes it an ideal choice for industrial applications, switchgear construction, and installations in places exposed to extreme conditions. Construction and properties

The HELUFLON cable stands out with its advanced construction ensuring its unique parameters. The silver-plated copper core guarantees good electrical conductivity, and the PTFE insulation provides excellent resistance to high temperatures (up to +260°C, briefly even +300°C) and aggressive chemicals – acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, and gasoline. Additionally, the material is completely resistant to ozone and atmospheric conditions, and its water absorption is minimal. The cable meets IEC 60332-1 and DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 standards confirming its flame retardancy and self-extinguishing properties.
