High-temperature cable HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y – reliability in extreme conditions

This specialized cable, made with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) fluoropolymer insulation, is designed for applications requiring exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals, and environmental conditions. It is ideal for industrial installations, construction of switchgear cabinets, and anywhere standard cables fail.

Construction and properties

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable features a construction that ensures long-lasting and safe operation. The silver-plated copper core guarantees good conductivity, and the PTFE insulation provides resistance to temperatures from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). Additionally, this material is completely resistant to ozone, weather conditions, chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, and gasoline), and microorganisms. The cable does not contain silicone or cadmium, making it safe for the environment and painting processes.
