This specialized HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable, made of silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, is designed for operation in demanding environments. It is perfect for installations and construction of switchgear cabinets, especially where extreme temperatures occur – from -190°C to +260°C (short-term up to +300°C). It will find application in furnaces, brickworks, kitchen appliances, measuring devices, and in the chemical industry, where resistance to aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline is crucial.

Construction and properties ensuring reliability

The cable is characterized by exceptional durability and resistance to external factors. The silver-plated copper core provides good electrical conductivity, and the PTFE insulation guarantees high resistance to temperature, chemicals and radiation. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).

The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter, which facilitates assembly even in tight spaces. If a different cable color is needed, add the appropriate symbol to the catalog number: 1 = black, 2 = red, 3 = blue, 4 = brown, 5 = white, 6 = transparent, 7 = two-color or 8 = other colors. The bare core can be tinned or nickel-plated on request.
