This red HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E wire with a cross-section of 0.09 mm² is a specialized solution for applications requiring exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. Made of silver-plated copper and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, it provides a reliable connection in industrial installations, switchgear cabinets and equipment operating in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

The wire is characterized by a single-core construction with class 5 (flexible stranded), which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. PTFE insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to +260°C, briefly even +300°C) and aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. In addition, this material is non-flammable, resistant to microorganisms and fungi, and exhibits minimal water absorption. This ensures that the wire retains its properties even in the most demanding applications.
