This specialized HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE cable, catalog number 25335, is a solution for demanding applications where standard cables fail. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even in the most difficult conditions – from extreme temperatures to aggressive chemical environments. This cable is particularly recommended for installation inside switchgear cabinets, furnaces, brickworks, and kitchen and measuring devices.

Construction and properties – the key to durability

The cable construction is based on a silver-plated copper core, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Insulation made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) – HELUFLON® – guarantees exceptional resistance to high temperatures (up to +260°C, briefly up to +300°C) and aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. In addition, this material is non-flammable and resistant to the development of microorganisms and fungi. The cable also features high radiation resistance and minimal water absorption.

Application and compliance with standards

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.EE 1000V cable is designed to operate at 1000V (EE type) and has a certificate of conformity with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0881 and IEC 60673 standards. The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter. Available cable colors: black (1), red (2), blue (3), brown (4), white (5), transparent (6), two-color (7) and other colors on request (8). The core can be supplied bare, tinned or nickel-plated – upon individual request.
