Single-core PVC cable H05V-K 1x0.5 mm² green, box 29091
Universal installation cable for various applications
This green single-core PVC H05V-K cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is a versatile solution for wiring in electrical installations. It is suitable for both installer work and home applications. Made of stranded copper, it provides a reliable connection and safe current conduction.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by PVC insulation, which provides good protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The multi-wire core of class 5 is flexible, making it easy to install and route cables, especially in tight spaces. The cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -30°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible). The rated operating voltage is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 10 MOhm x km.
Application and benefits
The H05V-K cable is used in:
- Wiring of distribution boards and control cabinets – ideal for internal connections in electrical devices.
- Laying inside devices – thanks to the flexibility of the core, it easily adapts to the shape of the housing.
- Installations in dry rooms – both on the surface and concealed in insulating pipes.
- Lighting – the green color is often used in lighting elements.
Thanks to compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3 standards, the cable guarantees safety and reliable operation. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1). The minimum bending radius is 4 x cable diameter, which makes it easy to lay cables even in difficult conditions.
