This flexible single-core wire with PVC insulation is a universal solution for a wide range of applications. It is suitable for electrical installations carried out by professionals, as well as for work performed independently by qualified personnel. The wire is characterized by good flexibility and resistance to external factors, ensuring safe and long-lasting operation.

Construction and properties

The wire is made of twisted copper core, which ensures good electrical conductivity. The insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) guarantees high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The core has flexibility class 5, which means it is stranded and easy to process - ideal for routing in tight spaces and connecting to devices. The wire meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3, which confirms its high quality and safety.

• Rated voltage: The wire is designed to operate at a voltage of 300/500 V, making it suitable for most standard electrical installations.
• Operating temperature: Flexible operation in the range of -5°C to +70°C and stationary from -30°C to +80°C - the wire retains its properties even in difficult conditions.
• Radiation resistance: Exhibits resistance to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad), which increases its durability in specific environments.
• Self-extinguishing insulation: The PVC insulation is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1).
• No harmful substances: The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The wire is available in pink color to facilitate the identification of cores in the installation. Compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU marked with the CE symbol guarantees safety of use. The minimum bending radius is 4x the cable diameter, making it easy to lay the wire even in tight spaces. Insulation resistance is minimum 10 MOhm x km providing effective protection against current leakage.
