Single-core PVC cable – reliability and safety of installation

This black, single-core PVC cable H07V-K with a cross-section of 185 mm² provides a solid solution for a wide range of electrical applications. The cable is designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3 standards, which guarantees its high quality and safety of use. Made of a class 5 (flexible stranded) copper core, insulated with special PVC TI1, it provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Designed for laying in pipes, under plaster, and in closed cable ducts – however, remember that it should not be laid directly in gutters or on cable trays. It will be suitable for wiring devices, switchboards, and lighting systems.

Parameters and properties

The H07V-K cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 450/750 V, making it suitable for most standard electrical installations. Its approximate outer diameter is 22.1 mm, and the insulation resistance is at least 10 MOhm x km. The flexible construction allows for easy routing of cables even in difficult conditions. The ability to operate in a temperature range from -30°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible) ensures its reliability in various environments.
