Single-core PVC cable H07V-K is a reliable solution for a wide range of electrical installations. Made with a stranded copper core, class 5 (flexible multi-wire), it provides flexibility and ease of installation. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation guarantees safety and resistance to mechanical damage. This cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of up to 750 V, making it a versatile choice for both installers and end-users.
Application and properties
The H07V-K cable is used in electrical installations inside buildings, in pipes, on and under plaster, and in closed cable ducts. It is perfect for wiring devices, distribution boards and lighting. It should not be used for direct laying in gutters or cable trays. Its operating temperature range is from -30°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible), allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions. The insulation resistance is at least 10 MOhm x km, which demonstrates high quality and reliability.
Construction and parameters
The cable is characterized by a conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm² and an approximate outer diameter of 3.8 mm. It is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3 standards, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. In addition, the cable has passed self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1. Available in grey color (RAL 7001), which facilitates identification and organization of installations.

The H07V-K cable has a CE certificate, confirming its compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The minimum bending radius for stationary cables is ≤ 8mm for cables with a diameter below 8mm, and accordingly more for larger diameters – detailed information can be found in the product’s technical documentation. Radiation resistance is up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
