Single-core PVC cable H07V-K 1x25 mm² red, coil 29229
Installation wire, single-core – reliability and safety in every installation
This red single-core PVC H07V-K wire with a cross-section of 25 mm² is a solid choice for both professionals and end-users. This wire, supplied on a practical reel, is designed for a wide range of applications in electrical installations. It is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the multi-wire strand construction of class 5, which facilitates routing and connection.
Construction and application – versatility in every respect
The H07V-K wire is made of a stranded copper core, surrounded by a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation. This construction provides good protection against mechanical damage and external factors. This wire is intended for laying in pipes, under plaster, and in closed cable ducts. It is ideal for wiring appliances, distribution boards, and lighting. It should not be laid directly in gutters or on cable ladders. It can be used at operating voltages up to 1000 V AC or 750 V DC to earth.
Key features and benefits – why choose this wire?
- Durable PVC insulation: provides effective protection against short circuits and overloads, as well as resistance to moisture and chemicals.
- Flexible multi-wire core: makes it easier to route cables even in tight spaces and minimizes the risk of damage during installation.
- Wide operating temperature range: the wire retains its properties at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible), guaranteeing reliable operation in various conditions.
- Compliance with standards: the wire meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3, confirming its high quality and safety of use.
- Rated voltage: The wire is adapted to work at a voltage of 450/750 V, making it a universal solution for many applications.
- UV resistance: The materials used in production are UV resistant up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad), which extends the life of the wire even when exposed to sunlight.
- Minimum bending radius: ensures easy installation and minimizes the risk of damage to the insulation during cable routing. For cables with a diameter below 8 mm, the bending radius is ≤ 4 x Ø cable, and above 8 mm – ≤ 5 x Ø cable (up to a diameter of 12 mm) and ≤ 6 x Ø cable (above 12 mm).
