Installation cable H07V-K – reliability and safety in every circuit

This single-core PVC cable H07V-K with a cross-section of 4 mm² in red is a universal solution for a wide range of electrical applications. It will work both in home and industrial installations, ensuring safe and efficient power transmission. The cable is supplied in a practical box, which facilitates storage and transport.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of stranded copper conductor (class 5 – flexible multi-strand), which provides it with flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. PVC insulation guarantees high resistance to external factors such as moisture, temperature and chemicals. The rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 V, making it suitable for most standard electrical installations. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 4.45 mm.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The fire reaction class is Eca, which means that the cable limits smoke emission in the event of a fire.

Application and installation

The H07V-K cable is intended for laying in pipes, on and under plaster, and in closed cable trays. It should not be laid directly in gutters, ladders or cable corridors. It is ideal for wiring in devices, switchboards and lighting. Thanks to its flexibility, installation is quick and convenient. The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 8mm for cables with a diameter below 8mm and increases with the cable diameter – for cables above 12mm it is already 6 x the outer diameter of the cable. The operating temperature range is from -30°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible).
