Single-core PVC cable H07V-K is a reliable solution for electrical installations, both in residential and industrial construction. Characteristics and application
The H07V-K cable is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3 standards, which guarantees its high quality and compliance with European standards. It is a single-core cable with PVC insulation, designed for laying in pipes, on and under plaster, as well as in closed cable ducts. It should be noted that it must not be laid directly in gutters, ladders or cable corridors. This cable is ideal for applications with a working voltage of up to 1000 V AC or 750 V DC to earth.
Construction and properties
The cable core is made of stranded copper (class 5), which ensures its flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The PVC TI1 insulation is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, chemicals and weathering. The cable is available in blue, which makes it easier to identify individual cores in the installation. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
Flexibility: The stranded core construction makes it easy to install and route cables in tight spaces.
Durability: PVC insulation provides protection against mechanical damage and external factors.
Safety: The cable meets safety requirements regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1).
Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in a temperature range of -5°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -30°C to +80°C (stationary).
Radiation resistance: Resistance to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad).
Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of U₀/U 450/750 V and a test voltage of 2500 V.
