Universal approvals and compliance with standards

This cable stands out from the competition thanks to its compliance with five standards: HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM, and CSA-Equipment-wire. These approvals facilitate export and simplify spare parts management. It also meets CE requirements, confirming compliance with directive LVD 2014/35/EU. Designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from +5°C to +90°C (flexible), and in some cases even up to +105°C (UL AWM), making it reliable in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage is 500 V (U) and 600 V (U0).

Construction and properties

The cable is made of a multi-strand copper conductor, providing good conductivity and flexibility. The TI3 type polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that hinder painting, which is important in many industrial applications. The cable also has good properties related to flame propagation resistance – it meets the standards DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 / UL VW-1 and CSA FT1. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3 mm. The minimum bending radius is 4x the cable diameter for cables with a diameter below 8 mm, and 5x and 6x the cable diameter above.
