This single-core cable with PVC insulation is a versatile solution for internal wiring, meeting the requirements of many standards. Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-strand, flexible class 5 wire, which provides good flexibility and ease of installation. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation guarantees good mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable is available in blue (C.BLUE) and has a cross-section of 10 mm², corresponding to AWG8 size. The outer diameter is approximately 6.7 mm.

Compliance with standards and electrical parameters

The cable meets the requirements of the following standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31, DIN EN 50525-2-31, UL-Std.1063, UL-Style 10269 (also Style 1015) and CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B. The rated operating voltage is 450/750 V, making it suitable for applications with different voltage levels. It has HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM and CSA-Equipment-wire approvals – this allows it to be used in many countries and applications without the need for additional certifications.
