Flexible cable for medium loads – reliability and flexibility in one

This single-core 1kV cable, with a cross-section of 50 mm², is a solid solution for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations (with fixed laying), it finds application in mechanical engineering, production lines, conveyors and production lines. Its construction ensures reliable connections in conditions where movement and bending occur.

Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a stranded copper core, providing good flexibility. PVC insulation class 43 (90°C according to UL-Std. 1581) guarantees safety and resistance to damage. In addition, the outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides additional protection against external factors. The cable is available in black (RAL 9005) and supplied in meter lengths. It is worth noting its resistance to UV radiation and the action of many chemical compounds – which translates into a longer service life in difficult working conditions.

Technical parameters and scope of application

The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C (fixed laying) and from -5°C to +90°C during flexible mounting and use. Its rated voltage U0/U is 600/1000 V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible bending and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The conductor cross-section of 50 mm² allows for the transmission of significant currents, and the approximate outer diameter is 16.4 mm. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
