Construction and application

The cable is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0281 part 3, HD 21.3 S3 and IEC 60227-3 standards, which guarantees its high quality and compliance with European standards. It is ideal for wiring distribution boards, control cabinets and internal installations inside devices. It can be used both on the surface and under plaster in insulating pipes, which gives great freedom in the design of electrical installations. The white-dark blue color makes it easier to identify the cores in the installation.

The cable is characterized by a core cross-section of 2.5 mm², which provides adequate current carrying capacity for most standard household and industrial applications. Its operating voltage is 450/750V, allowing safe use in installations with different rated voltages. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – flexibly from -5°C to +70°C and stationary from -30°C to +80°C. PVC insulation provides good mechanical and electrical protection of the core and resistance to atmospheric conditions (in dry rooms). Additionally, it has a radiation resistance of up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad), which increases its durability in harsh conditions. Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC (CE marking). Its weight is 0.0323 kg/m, which facilitates estimation of installation load and material transport. Made of self-extinguishing insulation (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1), increases safety of use. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting – which is important from the point of view of environmental protection and user health.
